With full passion to enhance the hospitality industry and its education worldwide, Dusit Thani College’s Dean of Hospitality Management Program Mr. Simon Lloyd has been honored to be Thailand’s only representative as a Board Member in THE-ICE. 

Undertaking a degree in Professional Culinary Arts at Dusit Thani College helps to propel you towards a greener future through our tutorage and the college’s waste management policies. Furthermore, with my personal interest in sustainability, I hope to one day leave an impact on today’s society with my action.

Dusit Thani College arranges a talk session under the topic “How to push food and hospitality businesses and satisfy different generations” in DTC MBA Open House event. Featuring Ms. Lynda Buranachon, General Manager of Je Ngor’s Kitchen, Kanchanapisek Branch,and Ms. Pimchin Pakpatchon, Executive Management of JW Group and Junichi Japanese Restaurant, as the guest speakers, this event was moderated by Dr. Wilasinee Yonwikai, Director of MBA Program at Dusit Thani College.

For those who are curious “What does the hotel management study about?” or “What could hotel management students do after graduating?”, you are having the same questions as Bamboo - Patcharapol Danngarmwasin right before he joined Hotel Management Program at Dusit Thani College. At that time, he didn’t have a passion to study hotel management, but languages.

Sustainability has been raised into global awareness these days since the situation of global warming has worsened and caused both environmental and human casualties all over the world.

Apart from these jobs, there is another travel-related opportunity which needs practices until being perfect in services as well and has various positions. It is a cruise worker.
