Responsibility

  1. make a key contribution to the formulation of the college’s business and digital strategies.
  2. proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the college’s goals and evolving needs.
  3. Define DTC’s five year digital technology strategy and implementation roadmap to transform the education, communication and management processes at the college and enable easy access to data systems and resources for the college’s key stakeholders (students, faculty and staff)
  4. Lead the implementation of the various IT transformation projects specified in the strategy and roadmap.
  5. Develop and execute an analytics program that will allow the college leaders to make informed data-based decisions.
  6. Prepare and monitor IT operational budgets that meet prevailing objectives and constraints.
  7. Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the college’s operations and business applications.
  8. Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring the impact of IT on the college achieving its strategic goals.
  9. Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met.
  10. Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.
  11. Monitor the industry for developments in IT operations; evaluate and implement relevant new tools and service management frameworks.
  12. Review, recommend, and oversee all vendors and managed service agreements for computing, telecommunications, IT services, and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a master’s degree Culinary Arts  or other related fields
  • Have at least 2-3 years teaching experience Knowledgeable and skilled in baking food If there is a talent for western food as well will be specially considered
  • Experience in baking in a hotel or restaurant will be an added advantage.
  • Advace in English  (TOEIC 800)

Responsibility

1. Participate in the promotion and development of teaching curriculum design to meet the quality and educational standards and regulations of the department.

2. Responsible for teaching in the field of bakery food

3. Able to plan teaching and develop students’ learning skills

4. Able to assess and report the results of teaching and learning management.

5. Responsible for teaching at least 15 hours per week.

6. Have current research results and be able to do research

Qualifications / Requirement

  • Master’s Degree is Preferred, however, Bachelor Degree is accepted based upon the years of experience.
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in Culinary or chef in the Hotel or restaurant operations.
  • Good communication of Thai and English.
  • Strong culinary skills in world cuisine specially in Western cuisine, modern gastronomy and restaurant operations
  • Know Microsoft Office and can work efficiently with advance Technology.

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field of study and professional experience.
  • 1-3 years experiences in IT support role, if has client and application support will be advantage
  • Has experience or understand school/university/hospitality business will be considerable
  • Has an experience in the VMWare or Hyper-V will be advantage.
  • Has an experience in Windows AD will be advantage.
  • Good knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology
  • Good communication skill, willing to learn new thing, high responsibility and positive thinking

Responsibility

1. First level supports all internal Dusit Thani College Clients.

2. Implement, install, configure and update internal Clients and Servers when are required.

3. Administration all internal application (create, change permission, delete and  transfer)

4. Monitor all Server and applications are online and performance meet business need.

5. Observe, gather or investigate issue from staffs to solve or improve current system.

6. Co-ordinate with vendors to solve and escalates an issue.

7. Find new products and solutions to match with business requirement.

8. Making documentation (Manuals, Reports and Procedures) in each system.

9. Preparing all of documents to auditors

10. Do assign tasks or projects from Dusit Thani Corporate or Line manager.

11. Training internal staffs to use internal relevant application.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality /Female/Male, age between 25-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
  • Experience in related fields 1-3 years
  • Good communication skill, willing to learn new thing, high responsibility and positive thinking

Responsibility

1. Receive payment for registration fees, seminars, etc. along with issuing receipts.

2. Sell products with a receipt Summary of daily sales reports

3. Check your bank balance and transfer money between accounts.

4. Prepare monthly and weekly Cash Flow and Forecast.

10. Check supporting documents, tax invoices must be original. and has a message as prescribed by the Revenue Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a video maker and editor
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Familiarity with special effects, dialogues, graphics, and effects in the video compositing
  • Creative mind, dynamic and good interpersonal.

Responsibility

1.Consult with team and stakeholders from planning the production to post-production process.

2. Able to take a brief to grasp the team’s needs and specifications.

3. Create and review shooting script, storyboard, and raw material to make a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.

4. Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is attracting and visible to the audience.

5. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.

6. Be able to input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects in the video.

7. Create rough and final cuts.

8. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the production.

9. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize all efficiency of the production.

 

Qualifications

  • Female or Male / Age between 25 – 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of Educational Administration, Conference and Exhibition Management, Physical Education or other related subjects.
  • Communicate in basic English
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, video editing. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs at a good level.
  • Experience as a Student Council Committee / Student Organization / Student Club
  • Work experience in the field of student affairs for 1 – 3 years (if passing through student activities will be an advantage)

Responsibility

1.Organize student activities

2. Consulting, recommending, and supporting the implementation of the project activities responsible by the Student Activities Club are in accordance with the College’s policies and in accordance with the criteria for educational quality assurance. 

3. Proceed for approval of the activity project and the summary of the budget for organizing the activity project by the Student Activities Club.

4. Supervise the process of picking up – returning, storing, purchasing and repairing. Event equipment

5. Coordinate with external agencies in providing support for the efficient implementation of activities and activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in English major/Bussiness English or related field

Responsibilities :

1. English language teaching and learning support

1.1 Promoting the centre and enhancing its service via social media and other ways

1.2 Self-access learning support through google forms

1.3 Providing English language mentoring and learning support

1.4 Seeking and selecting useful resources from possible platforms for the centre’s use

2. Academic service or administrative work

2.1 Proof reading internal document, announcement etc.

2.2 Assisting incoming calls

2.3 Participation in other college/ faculty/ department activities

Qualitifications :

  • Degree of Education : Bachelor major Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management
  • Functional Experience : Fresh Grad or 1 year experience
  • English Proficiency : Intermediate (TOEIC 500)
  • Computer/IT Proficiency: Intermediate

Responsibilities :

  1. Purchase all fresh food and dry foods as requested from the market list.
  2. Separate market lists according to the subjects.
  3. Order fresh food to be delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except for any urgency. Purchase items at the minimum requirement of suppliers if needed.
  4. Copy market lists, attached with the purchase order of each supplier, and pass them to receiving to check.
  5. Copy market lists for store room officer to issue items as per the lists, and for Kitchen Preparation Coordinator to prepare items as instructors’ requests.
  6. Order fresh food to suppliers who are selected from Dusit Group Bidding. Items can be purchased from other suppliers in case that they are not included in the bidding or the winning suppliers cannot deliver the items.
  7. Purchase some items at the supermarkets. Issue cash from finance. Once return, issue petty cash voucher together with supermarket receipts. Get the Rector’s approval.
  8. Order flowers for flower arranging subject.
  9. Order coffee break items at Royal Princess Hotel as per the functions requested by Training and Development Center and Food and Beverage Service.
  10. File the market lists for each subject, separate into bachelor’s degree, HAP, Skills testing and other functions.
  11. Print and file Corporate Bidding Report and copy to Account and Finance department.
  12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualitifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • Age : 23-28 years old
  • 1-3 year experience in marketing material design
  • Fair command of English skills
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to handle multi-task responsibilities, working under pressure and tight timeline.
  • Goal–oriented, open-minding, fast learning and flexible
  • Excellent ability of using Illustrator and Photoshop program (if also InDesign is Preferable)
  • Good ability of using After Effects program
  • Ability of using Premier Pro (Preferable)

Responsibilities :

  1. Be responsible for assigned design jobs for Public Relations, corporate communications, internal communication; in-school communication touchpoints (TV screens), banners, eNewsletter, etc.
  2. Assist in design jobs for marketing communications or digital marketing purposes.
  3. Assist team on special projects on motion designs
  4. Project-based design assistance for other departments; presentation file, booklet, announcement etc.
  5. Have clear understandings and visualize DTC brand identity and the corporate’s, on all piece of artwork
  6. Understand communication channels and be able to create practical artwork files for each channel
  7. Share inputs and ideas to drive better design outcomes and its implementation results
  8. Initiate new format and design style to team, for fresh concepts and mood & tones
  9. Be able to present design ideas to team and related department, if necessary
  10. Build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  11. Fast working and be able to finish assigned jobs on-time
