  1. make a key contribution to the formulation of the college’s business and digital strategies.
  2. proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the college’s goals and evolving needs.
  3. Define DTC’s five year digital technology strategy and implementation roadmap to transform the education, communication and management processes at the college and enable easy access to data systems and resources for the college’s key stakeholders (students, faculty and staff)
  4. Lead the implementation of the various IT transformation projects specified in the strategy and roadmap.
  5. Develop and execute an analytics program that will allow the college leaders to make informed data-based decisions.
  6. Prepare and monitor IT operational budgets that meet prevailing objectives and constraints.
  7. Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the college’s operations and business applications.
  8. Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring the impact of IT on the college achieving its strategic goals.
  9. Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met.
  10. Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.
  11. Monitor the industry for developments in IT operations; evaluate and implement relevant new tools and service management frameworks.
  12. Review, recommend, and oversee all vendors and managed service agreements for computing, telecommunications, IT services, and equipment.

Qualifications / Requirement

  • Master’s Degree is Preferred, however, Bachelor Degree is accepted based upon the years of experience.
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in Culinary or chef in the Hotel or restaurant operations.
  • Good communication of Thai and English.
  • Strong culinary skills in world cuisine specially in Western cuisine, modern gastronomy and restaurant operations
  • Know Microsoft Office and can work efficiently with advance Technology.




Qualitifications :

  • Age : 25 – 35 Years old
  • Gender : Female/Male
  • Degree of Education : Bachelor major Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management
  • Functional Experience : Fresh Grad or 1 year experience
  • English Proficiency : Intermediate (TOEIC 500)
  • Computer/IT Proficiency: Intermediate

Responsibilities :

  1. Purchase all fresh food and dry foods as requested from the market list.
  2. Separate market lists according to the subjects.
  3. Order fresh food to be delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except for any urgency. Purchase items at the minimum requirement of suppliers if needed.
  4. Copy market lists, attached with the purchase order of each supplier, and pass them to receiving to check.
  5. Copy market lists for store room officer to issue items as per the lists, and for Kitchen Preparation Coordinator to prepare items as instructors’ requests.
  6. Order fresh food to suppliers who are selected from Dusit Group Bidding. Items can be purchased from other suppliers in case that they are not included in the bidding or the winning suppliers cannot deliver the items.
  7. Purchase some items at the supermarkets. Issue cash from finance. Once return, issue petty cash voucher together with supermarket receipts. Get the Rector’s approval.
  8. Order flowers for flower arranging subject.
  9. Order coffee break items at Royal Princess Hotel as per the functions requested by Training and Development Center and Food and Beverage Service.
  10. File the market lists for each subject, separate into bachelor’s degree, HAP, Skills testing and other functions.
  11. Print and file Corporate Bidding Report and copy to Account and Finance department.
  12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualitifications :

  • Thai nationality only. Age not over 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in related field.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of working experience required.
  • Good command of English.

Responsibilities :

  1. To be responsible for the follow-up of various counseling related activities.
  2. Be the primary source of communication with the company institution partners in matters relating to students.
  3. Be available for staffing of exhibition stands / booth for partners institutions.
  4. To feedback any related responses from clients to the management.
  5. To Cooperate and support the team to achieve the target.

Qualitifications :

  • Age : 23-35 years old
  • 1-3 years experiences in secretary function
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fluent English proficiency (TOEIC Score >600)

Responsibilities :

  1. Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail etc.
  2. Arrange meeting schedule and minute of meeting’s preparation for Division
  3. Arrange schedule of  Vice Rector
  4. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staffs, instructors, students, co-workers, parents and/or visitors.
  5. Center of communication also circulate the incoming and outgoing documents to all faculty, instructors and officers, including other departments concerned.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualitifications :

  • Age :28 years old or above
  • Degree of Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Major : Educational Technology, Computer or related fields
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Experience : Having minimum of 2 years in education or training or having minimum of 2 years in managerial or supervisory role on curriculum development and having management experience  2 years

Responsibilities :

  1. Implement and execute the DHE Blended Learning Strategy in the context of DTC.
  2. Provide services and support learning facilitators in developing digital learning content according description and objectives of the course.
  3. Examine and control the quality of blended learning content design.
  4. Manage the video production processes and quality standards for Project Video Library
  5. Collect information for opening of online courses.
  6. Evaluate and analyze learning outcomes for learning design improvement.
  7. Seek new technology supporting learning aids development.
