Dusit Thani College has won The Winner Prize and Popular Vote Prize in “2021 Potatoes USA® Young Chef Training and Competition”, held by Potatoes USA®. It is a non-profit organization established by a group of potato farmers in USA to promote imported potatoes. There were 17 educational institutes participating in this program at Food Technology Building, PIM Food Academy.
Potatoes USA® has attached much significance to Thailand’s culinary human resources; therefore, the Potatoes USA® Young Chef Training and Competition is held to foster new generations in developing culinary skills to international level. This competition, the third of its history, also challenges the participants to best create scrumptious dishes from frozen potato products of Potatoes USA®.
