After receiving positive feedbacks of last year’s Hospitality Talent Fair for businesses and jobseekers in tourism and hospitality industry, Dusit Thani College plans to organize the event again this year and elevate it into ASEAN level under the greater name ASEAN Hospitality Talent Fair or HTF2023.

ASEAN Hospitality Talent Fair will be held on 30-31 March 2023 in a hybrid manner at Srinakarin Hall, Dusit Thani College Bangkok, and via online platform Cvent. This event will allow tourism and hospitality businesses in Thailand, ASEAN, and other regions such as Europe, the Middle East, and America to install their recruitment booths inside. It also opens an opportunity for attending candidates all over the ASEAN region to find the right job. The reason behind this great event is the college sees the importance of globalization as well as the inception of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015 which gathered 10 neighboring countries together – Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brunei – and has resulted in a free flow of skilled labors within ASEAN region. Undeniably, distinctive tourism and hospitality that each ASEAN member country has got stand out among foreign tourists and gain reputation around the world. Migration of labors across the nation will promote an exchange in hospitality knowledge and experience. ASEAN Hospitality Talent Fair will not only help the recruiters to select the right men for their companies and assist the jobseekers to find the right jobs, but also support and strengthen the development of tourism and hospitality industry in the ASEAN region.

Apart from load of opening job opportunities in hospitality businesses in Thailand, ASEAN countries, and the rest of the world including hotels, restaurants, spas, travel agents and other related businesses, this event offers a variety of interesting workshops such as Secret to Working Abroad, Take Your CV to the Next Level, and so on. There are also special talks by leading hospitality experts under the topic ‘Bridging Generation: The Future of Hospitality Talent Management’ and ‘Global Hospitality Experiences: Careers Without Borders’. What’s special in this event is the offers to go for an internship abroad from agents in many countries.

Dusit Thani College is proud to announce that its students have once again placed among the top three at the ALLiance Sustainability in Hospitality Contest, organized by The Alliance Network in partnership with Relais & Châteaux — marking the second consecutive year the College has reached the podium in this international competition. In the 2026 edition, Ms. Purimprat Pradit, Ms. Isabella Marissa Stacy, and Mr. Pokin Puntu, first-year students from the International Hospitality Management and Professional Culinary Arts International programs — secured 2nd Runner-Up with Nai Mõng – Real Taste from the Countryside, a premium family dining concept rooted in the culinary traditions of Phatthalung, Southern Thailand. The project reimagines authentic Southern Thai cuisine through sustainably sourced, seasonal ingredients and a modern interpretation of local culinary heritage, inviting guests to experience sustainability not as a compromise but as part of an immersive, memorable dining journey. As 2nd Runner-Up, competing in their very first international competition, the team received a €200 voucher courtesy of Relais & Châteaux, an official certificate of achievement, and the opportunity to present their concept to the Relais & Châteaux CSR team. This year's result builds on a strong showing in 2025, when Dusit Thani College swept both 1st place (SHINRAI, a zero-waste culinary concept blending Japanese technique with Thai ingredients) and 2nd place (Re-leaf, a regenerative eco-wellness farm stay concept) in the contest's inaugural edition, triumphing over competitors from all 22 member countries of The Alliance Network at the time. The ALLiance Sustainability in Hospitality Contest challenges Hospitality and Culinary Arts students from Alliance member institutions — spanning more than 20 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa — to design innovative concepts that turn sustainability into an engaging, rewarding guest experience across its environmental, social, and economic dimensions, judged by a panel of industry professionals and sustainability experts. Two years running, students from Dusit Thani College's international program have proven that Thai culinary talent and sustainable thinking can consistently stand out on a global stage.
