Dusit Thani College, an educational institution specialized in hospitality businesses under Dusit International, has recently sent Mr. Thanakon Chuangrattanawan, student of Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management Program, to participate in the Culinary competiton of World Skills ASEAN 2023 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, the Republic of Singapore. Mr. Thanakon has proudly made himself to the fourth runner-up of total score and received a Medallion of Excellence, earning a reputation to the college and Thailand.
The success is, undeniably, the result of his dedication as well as the intensive training by Chef Jatuporn Juengmeesuk, culinary competition team coach, and Dr. Ploycharas Pragattakomol, Instructor and Manager of Culinary & Academic Competitions Department. There was also a great practical support from his fellow students including Ms. Nithikarn Paothuey, Mr. Bunnithi Kahawong, Ms. Kanyarat Suwanpradit, Mr. Patiphon Lertsurakitti, Mr. Kantapong Khamponkaew, Ms. Bunyarat Tantang, and Ms. Butsakorn Jeamsakul.
