Dusit Thani College Advances Research and Innovation at Thailand Talent Summit 2026 and Joins the Judging Panel for the Research to Beverage Innovation Contest 

Dusit Thani College participated in the Thailand Talent Summit 2026, organised by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) from 23–25 September 2026 at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH), Pattaya, Chonburi. The summit provided a platform for knowledge exchange, networking among researchers and high-potential professionals, and the advancement of research towards practical applications that create economic and social value. 

One of the key activities was the “Research to Beverage Innovation Contest”, which showcased innovative beverage products developed from research. A total of 10 teams were selected to participate in the competition. Dusit Thani College appointed Arj. Wiphol Chotiwanchusakul, Lecturer in Hotel Management and a specialist in Mixology, to serve as a member of the judging panel, contributing his expertise in beverages and product development to the evaluation of the competing innovations and supporting the translation of research into practical applications. 

In addition, a team of high-potential researchers from Dusit Thani College, led by Associate Professor Dr. Watit Intuluck, participated in the academic programme and presented the research entitled “Guidelines for the Development of Gastronomy Tourism in Hua Takhe Community, Lat Krabang, Bangkok.” The study proposes guidelines for the development of gastronomy tourism in the Hua Takhe community in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, and was supported by the Fundamental Fund under Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI). 

Dusit Thani College’s participation in Thailand Talent Summit 2026 reflects its commitment to advancing research and innovation connected to the hospitality, tourism, food, and beverage industries, while promoting the practical application of academic knowledge to create value for industry and society.
