Attach documents
Applicant must prepare these following documents:
- Transcript or certificate of educational completion
- A Copy of house registration for Thai citizens
- A Copy of National ID card
- A Copy of Name/Surname Change Registration Certificate (if any)
- Change of name certificate (if any)
- 1.5 inch portrait photo
Pay for Application Fee
Pay for Application Fee of 1,000 THB
Confirm Payment
For bank transfer, after you have paid for the application fee, please inform us here
