Dusit Thani College has received a Consolation Prize from “Tiparos Challenge 2021 Rising Star Chef: Secret of Sauce” competition, held by Tiparos. The competition seeks for young talented chefs to become the new rising stars of the industry. This is the fifth year of Dusit Thani College participating in this challenge Thai Food Heritage Building.
Tiparos Challenge Rising Star Chef competition encourages students from every part of the country who are passionate about cooking to show their skills with contemporary-style dishes and win the prizes and awards. It also places importance in developing technical and creative skills for future players in food and hospitality business. The competition is devided into 2 types following the participants: vocational/college level and university level. Apart from the benefits previously described, the competition also offers an opportunity for students to learn from others and meet another milestone of their career path which is a part that contributes to 21st century skills.
