Dusit Thani College’s international freshman students recently embarked on an unforgettable journey at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. Guided by Khun Pipat Patthananusorn, the general manager, the adventure began with an exciting treasure hunt, blending exploration and enjoyment.
Khun Nicha Ratanakul, Senior Manager – Talents and Career Development at Dusit International, enlightened our students on Dusit International’s core values and graciousness pillars, keeping them abreast of hospitality industry trends. The day concluded at Nomada Restaurant, where exceptional service and a joyful atmosphere reigned.
The following day, a panel discussion with seasoned hotel experts, including Khun Worapot Pruek-wiboon, Khun Montien Ruenthong, Khun Chantima Homneam, and Khun Rathanon Pongpansook, delivered invaluable insights into the hospitality sector.
Workshops further explored how Dusit’s graciousness principles influence each department, and a session on “Developing a Hotel with a unique and innovative approach to gracious hospitality” capped the event. The field trip showcased our students’ technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication, ensuring they can create exceptional guest experiences in diverse hospitality settings.
