Thai male students who are in the age of 21 years old or higher and have never completed Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps have to attend Thai army registered personnel examination as conscription notice. However, if students are still have to follow the college’s study plan, he can postpone to attend the army exammination until students’ graduations, referring to Thai law.

Three copies of registration certificate (สด.9)
Three copies of conscription notice (สด.35) and result certificate (สด.43)
The college will inform students soonest when the military service postponement is approved.
Students who receive the approval on their postponement have to strickly follow the procedure and acknowledge on the conscription notice, and report themselves on the examination day. If not, the students will be found gulity of acting aganist Thai military service law.
Less than three year imprisonment or / and less than 300 baht penalty
It is a mandatory of Thai men to attend Thai army registered personnel examination as the conscription notice sent by the military.

Student Affairs Dept. opens for military service postponement assistance request (Aug-Oct (first round) and Nov-Jan (last round) every academic year. Students shall proceed for the military service postponement every year until Bachelor Degree or Master Degree graduation, and age must not over 26 years old.
Submit all required documents at Student Affairs Dept. (in person)
Prepare the name list of students who submited requests
The college will submit all students’ documents to the Military Recruitment Officer as per conscription notice.
Announce the namelist of students who have submitted the request to postpone military service (approximately February to March of every year). Students can visit Facebook : DTC Student Affairs or check more details on Student Affairs announcement board
Report to Thai army registered personnel examination committee every year until students graduate (in April of every year)
