








On July 7, 2025, Dusit Hospitality Academy led students from the Talent Opportunity Program – Guest Service Professional (TOP-GS) on an educational field trip to Dusit Thani Bangkok (Dusit Central Park). The activity integrated coursework from two key subjects: IGS102 Front Office Operations and IGS103 Rooms Operations. The visit provided students with firsthand industry experience in a professional environment, reinforcing the core identity of “Thai service excellence on an international level,” a hallmark of the Dusit Thani brand.
During the visit, students participated in hands-on training sessions across both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, touring actual working areas such as guest rooms, meeting spaces, and key hotel service zones. The tour was guided by professional butlers and complemented by insightful talks from senior hotel executives and experts, including Mr. Adrian Rudin – Managing Director, Ms. Suree – Training and Development Manager, Ms. Natthanan – Executive Housekeeper, and Mr. Patawee – Front Office Manager.
A highlight of the day was the warm and inspiring dialogue with Mr. Chanin Donavanik, second-generation to Dusit Thani’s founder and Acting Chairman of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited. His remarks offered motivational perspectives and underscored the value of nurturing Thai talent for the hospitality industry.
The program concluded with a memorable lunch where students and faculty were warmly hosted by the hotel’s service team. Excellent food and exceptional service left a lasting impression on all participants.
This field trip was supervised by key academic leaders: Ajarn Jarujan Songsakul (Program Director of International Program), Ajarn Ammarawadee Chaiyo (Program Director of Dusit Hospitality Academy), Assistant Professor Myla Medrano Loreto, and Ajarn Krissana Srithongna, who play vital roles in shaping students’ readiness for the hospitality industry.
