Dusit Thani College, a higher education institute specialized in hotel management, culinary arts, and hospitality under Dusit International, had recently participated in “Sawasdee France” at the Embassy of France in Thailand.
Sawasdee France is the cultural label of the Embassy of France in Thailand with the aims to create meaningful relationships between France and Thailand through cultural exchanges in arts, education, language, science, food, and sustainable development.
There were many activities in this event such as spectating French cooking show, visiting the Residence of the French Ambassador, enjoying free food and drinks, and many more.
Dusit Thani College students who had showcased a fantastic French cooking show were Mr. Puripat Wuttipattananon and Mr. Noppawat Thublorm from Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management Program, and Mr. Patcharaphol Yomsuk from Professional Culinary Arts Program (International Program). They co-created the special French menu with scallop and halibut under the supervision of the coach Dr. Ploycharas Pragattakomol.
As the event was open for public, Dusit Thani College students therefore not only had a chance to demonstrate their cooking skills to the diplomats, but also show their advanced competencies to the public eyes.
