Qualifications :
- Age : between 28-45 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Service industry, Hospitality Management or a related field. - Has at least 5-7 years of experience working in food and beverage service in hotels or restaurants.
- Teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge in the restaurant operations, food & beverage cost control, and high end service levels.
- Research experience
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and empowering students to grow and develop in their careers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent classroom management skills
- Good communication of Thai and English.
Responsibilities :
- Take care of and provide guidance to students in the classroom.
- Plan lessons, prepare documents, and ensure all teaching materials are ready according to the scheduled plan.
- Responsible for teaching courses in Food & Beverage both in theory and practice.
- Responsibility for assessing students’ learning to ensure their knowledge and abilities align with the objectives of the course.
- Collaborate to promote and develop the teaching curriculum to meet the quality standards and regulations of the department.
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and teaching areas, ensuring they are in a usable condition.
- Able to create academic work in service management or product development.
- Support activities related to food and beverages.

Instructor - Culinary Arts and Kitchen ManagementSee Detail
Qualification :
- Age : between 28-45 years
- Master’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Service industry, Culinary Arts or a related field.
- A Grauated Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in is required.
- Teaching experience will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of preparing various types of food.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Instructor - Pastry & Bakery / Western Cuisine / Thai CuisineSee Detail
Qualifications :
- Age : between 28-45 years
- Master’s degree or higher in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field
- A Grauated Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in is required.
- Teaching experience will be an advantage
- Extensive and diverse experience in Western cuisine,Thai cuisine, pastries, and bakery methods
- Research experience
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and empowering students to grow and develop in their careers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent classroom management skills
- Good communication of Thai and English.
Responsibilities :
