Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a minimum of 15 teaching hours per week using engaging, student-centered, and communicative teaching methods.
- Design and implement lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with academic standards and learning outcomes.
- Teach general and professional English, with a focus on industry-relevant language for hospitality, tourism, and service sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments; provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Offer academic support and consultation to students through tutorials, workshops, or one-on-one sessions as needed.
- Contribute to curriculum development, course reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and interdepartmental collaborations.
- Support academic research, writing, or service-learning projects when appropriate.
- Assist in translation, interpretation, or cross-cultural communication tasks as needed.
- Take part in institutional events, outreach activities, and community service projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in TESL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics, English Communication, or a related field from an accredited institution, preferably in an English-speaking country.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching English as a second/foreign language in a multicultural or international setting, ideally at the tertiary or vocational level.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in English across all skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Preferred Background: Candidates with international education or professional experience in English-speaking environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Description
The Student Counselling and Admissions Officer acts as a representative of the college in promoting academic programs to high school students, guidance counselors, and parents. The role focuses on building strong relationships with assigned schools and achieving student enrollment targets through school visits, guidance activities, and college events.
Key Responsibilities

- Represent the college in building a positive image and promoting academic programs through school guidance activities, education fairs, booth exhibitions, and other related events.
- Provide educational consultation and guidance to prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors regarding programs, teaching and learning methods, and career pathways offered by the college.
- Plan and conduct school visits and on-site recruitment activities in assigned areas to build and maintain relationships with school administrators and guidance counselors.
- Be responsible for student recruitment and admissions in line with assigned enrollment targets.
- Follow up, support, and coordinate with prospective students from the initial inquiry stage through application and enrollment confirmation.
- Prepare, update, and maintain applicant information in the CRM system, including preparing recruitment performance reports as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and effective student recruitment process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (degrees in Education, Marketing, Communication, or related fields will be an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build good relationships with students, parents, and guidance counselors.
- Good presentation, counseling, and public speaking skills, with the ability to clearly and appropriately present educational information.
- Strong service mind with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude toward work.
- Ability to work toward targets and perform well under pressure.
- Good follow-up and management skills in handling prospective students from initial contact through enrollment.
