Dusit Thani College and Alumni Association Extend Aid to Southern Flood Victims through “DTC Sharing Kindness to the South – Phase 2”
Following severe flooding in Southern Thailand, particularly in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Dusit Thani College, in collaboration with the Dusit Thani College Alumni Association, launched the project “DTC Sharing Kindness to the South – Phase 2” to provide relief and assistance to affected communities.
Generous donors contributed a total of 13,200 baht along with essential consumer goods. On 1st December 2025, the college supported an alumnus-owned business by ordering 200 meal boxes from 153 Homemade Hat Yai, owned by Khun Min Nontabongkot. Additionally, Khun Phamphat Suwongwatthanakun, a local alumnus, coordinated and donated 120 kilograms of rice, 360 cartons of milk, and 700 extra meal boxes, which were delivered to Hat Yai Hospital.
On 4th December 2025, representatives from Dusit Thani College and the Alumni Association delivered donated items to the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society, Bangkok, for further distribution to flood victims.
Dusit Thani College sincerely thanks all alumni and donors for their generosity and united effort in providing encouragement and much-needed assistance to those affected by the floods in Southern Thailand.
