More than 400 boxes of seven different menus, were produced by the DTC Professional Culinary Arts, International Program Instructors in the college’s state of the art practical kitchens. The project is initiated in response to the DTC Giving Project, the college’s CSR activity that acknowledges the importance of all aspects of holistic education.
