The Department of Business Development, Dusit Thani College, has recently hosted the Developing Training Certification Program (Bronze Level) for Dusit Hospitality Services staff. The 10-day training courses with 25 participants had objectives to prepare them readiness, knowledge, and skills for operations as well as to increase management and communication skills which are needed to be applied in their work at the reopening reimagined Dusit Thani Bangkok.
The training courses were run by Ajarn Charoonsak Sunanta, Ajarn Krissana Srithongna, and Ajarn Jongjit Janjam together with external guest lecturers to provide specialized knowledge such as
- First Aid training by Krusuea Safety Training &Consulting Co., Ltd.
- Chemical usage for cleaning purposes by speakers from Ecolab Co., Ltd.
- Cleaning equipment usage and maintenance by speakers from Nilfisk Co., Ltd.
Moreover, there were practical trainings of guest room and public area cleaning at Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel. The participants were honoredly given a warm welcome speech by KhunPrachoom Tantiprasertsuk, General Manager of Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel.
