Course Description
Learn techniques on how to cook more than 50 popular menus of Western Culinary from the start with standard recipes that are acceptable and with improved and modern content, e.g., food styling, food photography for commercial, cost & pricing calculations and production cost control. This course is suitable for anyone who has a plan to open a restaurant or chefs who wish to gain more knowledge for the progress in their career.
The course in enjoyable, easy to understand, lecturers are approachable and attentive of all students during and after the course finishes.
