During 27-31 May 2024, Dusit Thani College had hosted ALLiance Board of Directors Meeting 2024 at Dusit Thani Hua Hin and Dusit Thani College. This year also marks a significant year for ALLiance as it is also their 20th Anniversary. The ALLiance by Institut Lyfe is a higher education network from France, composing of the world’s top Hospitality, Restaurant, and Culinary Management schools and universities from over the four continents, keeping the cross-educational experience as a fundamental pillar.
Dusit Thani College had welcomed a group of 21 members from 12 countries in which they spent 27-29 May 2024 at Dusit Thani Hua Hin where there were Board of Directors meetings and workshops focusing on sustainability in hospitality and culinary industry as well as sustainable activities provided by the hotel for the delegates to join and explore.
On 30 May 2024, the ALLiance group started off their day with seminars and research workshops and celebrated their 20th birthday at Dusit Thani College’s Mahogany Room with a birthday cake prepared by DTC instructors and students.
On 31 May, the last day of the event, the group were taken to visit a few famous tourist destinations in Bangkok which were Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan, Wat Phra Kaew, and the Grand Palace. The group also visited other Dusit properties which were The Food School Bangkok and the Benjarong.
