This course will enable you to fully understand the whole working systems of  the Hotel Reception and Reservations Department and provide knowledge as well as develop the skills needed for those functions. It covers every step and provides information that a professional receptionist or reservations officer should know. It is also greatly beneficial for those who would like to change  their career or enter the hotel industry as a member of front office staff.

• Problem solving
• Handling guests’ complaints
• Checking out the guests (process, system and documentation)
• Tasks of the cashier
• Co-ordination with Housekeeping Dep’t
• Computer reports
• Case studies
• Computer system practice on reservation technique
