Our collaboration with Dusit started with the Pre-opening Project Management certification program as groundbreaking with the 1st bespoke training program dedicated to hospitality iT. It took Marriott and the Dusit team more than 8 months to prepare for the launch of PM program, starting from gap analysis, deep dive into documentation & tools and eventually launching structured training consisting of case studies and project management methodology, which is delivered through a hybrid approach using Marriott’s eLearning portal and live tutorial sessions followed by a certification quiz.

Subsequently we launched two additional programs; Senior Cluster Leaders leadership development program and IT Audit Fundamentals Certification Program (bilingual) – all of them received very positive feedback with more than 90% satisfaction.

We are very impressed with the Dusit Team on their professional capability on curriculum design and delivery as well high level of customer service who would go above and beyond to meet our needs.

To date over two hundred Marriott APAC associates have been successfully certified through these three custom designed training programs.

e-Learning and Hybrid Learning Solutions

Just as the COVID 19 pandemic has caused employers to adopt policies of hybrid working, including work-from-home (WFH), the training and education sectors have also learned to adapt. As less time is spent working on-site and more time is spent online, so too have educational delivery models developed in the same way.

DTC Training Solutions can work you to develop learn-from-home (LFH) programs or courses so that your employees can still learn and develop but from within the comfort and safety of their own homes.

We operate a state-of-the-art digital learning platform which enables employees to log in and learn from anywhere at any time. The only requirement is an internet connection and a suitable digital device.

Hybrid Learning Modes

Client Solutions by DTC provides different modes of online learning to meet the needs of employers

Self-paced / Independent Learning (Asynchronous)

Participants log in to the digital platform and learn using the e-content media and activities at their own pace and convenience. There are no taught classes or interactions with a trainer.

Live Online Learning (Synchronous)

Participants learn in real time, together with a trainer and other participants all at the same time in a ‘virtual’ classroom such as in a Zoom or Teams meeting. This approach has replaced regular schooling while schools were closed during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Blended or Hybrid Learning

This is a combination of the two modes above. Participants learn both independently using online digital courseware and socially in groups through real-time virtual face-to-face sessions. This is called ‘flipped classroom’ mode.
