Course Description
Eating noodles with small amount of pork blood spicy soup is a unique feature of this kind of noodle. The soup is rich with flavor from the pork juice that drops in the simmering soup from the grill grate above the noodle pot. Streamed Coconut Milk Custard is said to be a soul mate of noodles with pork blood soup. Students will learn techniques on how to pour sweeten coconut milk that makes this dessert soft, sweet-smelling and melt in your mouth.
